Duraplus

Duraplus is an oral formulation that is used for the treatment of Erectile dysfunction. It contains Dapoxetine (30 mg) and Tadalafil (10 mg) where Dapoxetine works by increasing the levels of serotonin, which improves control over ejaculation and increases the time taken for ejaculation. Tadalafil on the other hand works by dilating the blood vessels which increases the blood flow to the penile tissues.  

How does Duraplus work?

Duraplus works with two mechanisms. One with Dapoxetine and another with Tadalafil. Missed Dose

Take the missed dose of Duraplus Tablet as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.

How to use Duraplus?

• Duraplus Tablet can be taken with or without food three-four hours before intercourse as advised by your doctor.
• Duraplus Tablet should be taken only once in 24 hours
• Swallow the whole tablet.
• You are advised not to chew, crush or break the Tablet.

• Antifungal medications (e.g. Ketoconazole, Miconazole): Co-administration of Antifungals and Tadaza can increase the blood levels in the body and also the effects of Tadaza.

• Avoid alcohol as it increases side-effects and reduces activity
• Duraplus should be avoided if you have any deformities in the penis
