• Tetracycline antibiotics: Medications like doxycycline, minocycline or tetracycline with Saferet 30 mg as it can increase the risk of benign intracranial hypertension (high pressure in the brain)
• Other acne treatments: Acne treatments like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and other retinoid treatments should be avoided with Saferet 30 mg as it can cause severe skin irritation, peeling, etc. 

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not use the medication if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant
• Isotretinoin may cause a decrease in night vision
• Do not drive unless you know how the medication affects you
• Avoid overexposing your skin to sunlight, hot or cold weather 
• Use sunscreen or sunblock with a SPF of more than 15 on a regular basis
• Wear protective clothing or hats 
• Be careful when playing rough sports as the medication can affect bone or muscle
• Do not use the medication if allergic to Isotretinoin or any other ingredient of the capsule
• Avoid cosmetic procedures for skin smoothening while taking the medicine and for minimum 6 months as it can increase the chance of skin scarring
• Do not use the medication if breast feeding
