MECHANISM OF ACTION 

The primary mechanism of action of Paroxetine involves the inhibition of the reuptake of serotonin into the presynaptic neuron. DOSAGE 

Missed dose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next dose skip the missed dose and follow your dosing schedule. Do not double the dose. 

Over dose 

Seek immediate medical attention or contact a person from Poison Control Center. Symptoms may include extreme drowsiness, severe nausea or vomiting, fever, rapid heart rate, tremors, etc.
